CaRMS Day
The FMEQ is proud to announce that CARMS Day is back !
During the final year of medical school, you will have to use the Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS) to apply for a residency program. In order to help you understand many aspects of this process, the FMEQ organizes its CaRMS Day annually. This event brings together senior clerkship students from across Quebec, for an information session on the CaRMS application, interview and matching process, as well as the development and refinement of resumes and cover letters. It is also an opportunity for students to discuss their concerns, objectives and questions among themselves and with residents from several specialties. The day normally includes conferences with guest speakers, a panel of residents with atypical backgrounds (including no-match experiences), as well as several small group workshops with residents from different specialties of interest to you.
