The structure and function of the FMEQ are based on its General Regulations adopted during the Congress of May 2008, which comprises all the rules that govern the internal management of the FMEQ, including election procedures. The function and responsibility of each of the FMEQ’s bodies (Congress, General Council, Administrative Council and Executive Council) are therein duly described, as are those of each of the Federation’s officers and administrators. The General Regulations of the FMEQ also describe the structure and function of IFMSA-Qc, the Federation’s international branch, which has its own internal management.
